Delta Chi Chapter Meeting Minutes – 9/16/07

A – Thank you to all of the guys that went to Cedar Point. Those that didn't are
expected to work twice as hard on the campus menus project this week. Don't stop
recruiting, we have an event today (Tuesday) at the house. Make sure you bring
PNMs around. Pinning #2 will be on Thursday. Our next chapter meeting is Sunday
23rd, Olscamp 223 at 6pm not formal for once.
B – Thanks to Albright for planning a successfull Cedar Point fundraiser.

F – A hardy thanks goes out to Justin Albright and Ryan Evans for Sober Brother a
couple weeks ago. Brother Buzzelli will be doing Sober Brother Friday night and
Tommy Weber Saturday night.
Recruitment – Meeting Monday night at 9. We will be having two events this week
Pinning will be on this week, date still pending.
AMC- AMC Class to! night at the house at 9:15. Chapters 3&4 should be read before
hand. This weeks activity will be for Juniors and Sohphomores as well as the new
AMs. Ryan Evans will be organizing it, please look to him for more information.
BB – No Report.
Standards – - I have looked into the bi-laws and I have formulated a plan of action
for my committee in the event we hear cases this semester. I will be calling a
standards board meeting just to bring the committee online with this concept as
well as just read the constitution and bi-laws to refresh ourselves
Social- Social Meeting on Tuesday at 7 at the house. Social friday with Chi Omega @
TBA. Social saturday with Kappa Delta @ TBA
Philanthropy – No Report.
Fundraiser – I would just like to say in my report a big thank you to everyone who
went to Cedar Point this weekend and please hand out the cards for campus menus.
I will be calling team leaders wednesday and asking for a report on how their team
is doing.

Intramurals – A team football play! s Wednes day at 9pm and C team plays
Wednesday at 6.

Dance Marathon – Come to the first overall of the year on WEDNESDAY at 9:15 in the
Ballroom! Find out this year's theme for DM!
