Our annual philanthropy took place on Sunday 11/4. It was a
great success.

Delta Chi Chapter Meeting Minutes – 11/4/07

Meeting called to order at 3:10 pm. by “F”
Motion to approve last week’s minutes-Flanders/Rancourt

A – Those that are interested in living in the house next year,
stay after chapter. We also need to nominate for chairmen.
B – If you haven't had your committee meetings yet, please have
one soon. November 30th is initiation.
C – Community service sheet and contact list.
D – Keep paying dues. I will cash checks on Monday.
E – No Report.
F – Thanks to brothers Bundy and Guyer for sober brother. We may
not have sober brother next weekend due to Veteran's Day.
Recruitment – Meet at the house for the recruitment extravaganza
tonight at 8:30pm. We will be hanging banners and posters.
AMC – AM class will be at 7:30pm tonight. We need special
business after chapter.
BB – No Report.
Standards – There is ! a case. Next week we will discuss some
bylaw changes.
Social – I am sending around a sheet for semi-formal shirts. I
need to know if you want one by tonight so that I can get the
order in in time. Dinner will be $20 for semi-formal. You must
pay brother Albright. Either write a check to him or give cash.
Philanthropy – Thanks to everyone for coming out the
philanthropy. We had 18 teams. Thanks to brother Cohen for doing
a great job organizing the event.
Fundraiser – We are working on fundraising this week. I need 5 or
6 people to hand out cards on campus during the day.
Brotherhood – We are going paintballing on Saturday. Look for a
pool tournament next week.
Intramurals – No Report.
Community Service – We are having a mandatory meeting on
Wednesday night. Look for an e-mail.
Scholarship – Study tables proctors for Monday is brother Randall
and brother Albright on Tuesday. Make your phone calls. AMs call
the members that you are supposed to.!
Web – No Report.
House Manager – If you are moving out! of the house, moving into
the house or changing rooms in the house you must tell me.
Dance Marathon – If you would like to dance or be a moraller, you
can sign up at bgdancemarathon.com
PR – I need the names and addresses of parents that brought food
to the gathering during family weekend. I also need the amount of
money raised and the winning teams from the philanthropy.
Historian – I have sent pictures to brother Georges for the
website. Thanks to the members that took pictures at the
philanthropy.
House Staff – No Report.
RLC – We are having a meeting after chapter. There are some
issues with the wording of the sign but it has been resolved. We
need to make sure that we fill o

Open Forum –
Cohen! - If you borrowed a T shirt, please give it back.
Guyer- I! have a sign up for tables in the Union. Tuesday we will
be playing basketball at the fieldhouse. Next Wednesday will be
card games at the house. The week after on Monday is Monday Night
Football at the house.
Svoboda- If you are on campus another year, please consider
moving into the house.
Albright- brother Giesler and I went to Emerging Leaders this
weekend and had a good time and learned a lot.

Robb- RLC meeting after chapter. Make your phone calls this week.
