Delta Chi Chapter Meeting Minutes –10/14/07

Meeting called to order at 6:02 pm. by “F”
Motion to approve last week’s minutes-Cohen/Randall

A – We need to select members to go to emerging leaders this
week. We have BB elections today.
B – If you have anything for the calendar let me know.
C –
D – Dues payments are due this week. I will be around the house
this week. Get your money to me.
E – Thanks to those that came out to founder's day dinner.
F – Thanks to brothers Bickerton and Johnson for sober brother
this week. An e-mail will be sent out about this coming weeks
sober brother.
Recruitment – We will have some events in November.
AMC – Today at AM class, members picked a chair position and will
talk to each of those people in that position. Big little will be
on Thursday.
BB – I talked to Headquarter about leadership consultant and
there w! ill not be a visit this semester. There will be one next
semester.
Standards – There will be a standards case tonight. Jurors will
be brothers Starner, Johnson and Rancourt.
Social – Not the best turn outs for socials this week. Make sure
you book your rooms by October 26th. There may be a social in the
works for Friday.
Philanthropy – I am passing around the official flyer for the
philanthropy. Please try to find teams for the event.
Congratulations to the Fuzzy Football player for finishing 3rd.
Fundraiser – No Report.
Brotherhood – Paintball will be the weekend before semi-formal. I
will take some money off from my budget. The total price should
be around 20 to 25 dollars. We will have a brotherhood at the
hockey game. Look for an e-mail about events to come.
Intramurals – I will send out an e-mail about handball teams this
week.
Community Service – No Report.
Scholarship – AMs need to have grade sheets in one week from
today. I will m! eet with AMs before chapter to look over grades.
Make your pho! ne calls . Study tables are Monday and Tuesday
from 8-10pm.
Web – I will be doing some small updates to the website. The
family trees are on the website now.
House Manager – This week, please remove all study materials from
the common rooms as well as personal items. Do your chores this week.
Dance Marathon – If you are interested in being involved go to
bgdancemarathon.com.
PR – We will have committee meeting on Wednesday at 6pm.
Historian – No Report.
RLC- Meeting after chapter.
House Staff – No Report.

McNamara- My employer is giving away tickets to the Ohio State
vs. Michigan game.
