    Delta Chi Chapter Meeting Minutes –

Meeting called to order at 6 p.m. by “F”
Motion to approve last week’s minutes Johnson/Pierson

A – New Member Greek Week is a April 2nd through the 5th. There will be an ice cream social and open skate. This is for new guys from the fall and spring. Eboard will be at 9pm. We have Ryan Calageri, a guest speaker that is running with Gino Georgetti for USG president/vice president.
B – Chairmen, we are having a meeting after chapter. April 14th, room 315 in the union is ritual. In 2 weeks we are doing nominations for all the positions for next year. April 1st is that date. Voting is taking placed after that. You have 5 minutes for a speech, and 2 minutes for questions if you are running for an E-Board position. I am going up to the metro parks for a community service project. I really need 10 people to come with me so if you can do it, p! lease do it. Thanks.
C – Community Service.
D – Today the second payment plan payment is due.
E – Banquet is April 21st. A final sign up sheet is going around. Fill it out. Book your hotel rooms by April 1st. Golfing info is 9am and it’s a scramble.
F – Thank you scott and cohen for sober brother this weekend. Sober brother is cancelled for this upcoming weekend because of dance marathon.
Recruitment – Second round of recruitment will be starting in April. Try leaving your calendar open. Weather will be nice so we will be able to do things outside. We already have one guy for that round but keep trying to make contacts. We will have some events for this, but still try to get some for now. We will be having a Recruitment Committee meeting this week. I will send an email.
AMC – No AM class tonight. It will be 7:30 Monday Night. New guys read chapters 7,8, 9 and 10 for tomorrow. Send me your big/lil combos.
BB – No Report.
Standards – No Report.!
Social – We have a social Thursday night with delta zeta.!
Phi lanthropy – Anyone want to do a lip sync/ dance routine philanthropy? I’ll pass around a sign up sheet. KD is doing kickball philanthropy.
Fundraiser – I am looking at April 14th for basketball. He is looking for volunteers as refs and tables in the union.
Brotherhood – Meeting Wednesday night to organize a poker tournament.
Intramurals – Volleyball C-team on Monday at 10. A-Team on Monday at 11. Soccer on Tuesday at 10. Curling Playoffs on Tuesday.
Community Service – Working on setting up V-Foundation tables.
Scholarship – I need all people on academic probation to get me their grade sheets ASAP. For all the new AMs, I will pass out these grade sheets at your next AM class and I need them within two weeks. Also I need proctors for study tables for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8-10.
Web – I will be taking pictures of people who don’t have them on the website. I am 75% done with the new website.
House Manager – Do your cleaning duties for ! the house.
Dance Marathon – Dancers are Albright, Schiazza, Calvin, and Keith. Saturday morning at 9:15 at the ice arena for check in. We have no moralers. So people please go and keep going and visit the dancers. Chapter will be at 6:30pm. Tuesday, if you wear anything teal and sign in at the Union we will get spirit points.
PR – I am sending a bouquet of white carnations and a card to Chris Johnson’s wife.
Historian – No Report
RLC – The meeting before Spring Break was good. Next week on Tuesday at 9:30pm.
House Staff – No Report.

Open Forum – Cohen: Thanks for bein! g to me while I was sober brother. We are having our men’s chorus concert. It is going to be my last one. It is eight dollars. So please come if you can. This Saturday at 8pm.

Announcements – Shane: I need to see Evans after chapter. If you want to morale, come talk to me.

Leo: I turn 21 tonight at midnight.
