Sober Brother Program The Delta Chi sober brother program serves as a program to encourage safe and responsible behavior while consuming alcohol. Rules: 1. On duty times: 11:00pm - 3:00am 2. This is a service for brothers only; exceptions can be made at the drivers discretion. 3. The only destination can be the residence of the person being picked up. 4. Drivers cannot drink 8 hours before their scheduled time to be on duty. 5. This is not a taxi service and is only for brothers in need of a ride, the need for a ride will be at the driver's discretion.
