10. Meeting Minutes:
    Meeting called to order at 6 p.m. by F.
Motion to approve last week's minutes: Svoboda/Bonanno.

A : Congratulate Leo for becoming Director of Recruitment for IFC.  Election  results over listproc.  Chief Justice position is still open, so if you are  interested let me know.  If you did not come to the Greek Clean-Up (initiated  members, non-AMs) you will have to do a shift of Sober Brother.  GreekRelate  2005 is Friday night, if you are interested it is $15, let me know. 

B : Nominations are today.  If you are nominated today come down after
chapter to fill out sheet for slating times.  Jan 14th spring semester retreat
at noon in BTSU 201.

C : Fill out community service sheet.  I need to see Buzzelli after chapter.

D : Two payment plan, second payment due today.  3-payment plan dues are due  11/27.  If you are not on the 3-paymenet plan everything is due by November  20th.  We need Randall, Nosker, Johnson, and Brienza to pay their $15 for the  Kappa Classic.

E : Another Quarterly article coming up soon to complete.

F : Sober Brother this week is Svoboda (Thursday), Lucas (Friday) and Werman  (Saturday).  If you sign up for a date and you cannot take it, it is your  responsibility to find a sub!  Randall will sub for Buckley on 11/18.
Recruitment : If you are an AM or my recruitment committee I need schedules  from you so I can set up meetings.

AMC : Read chapter 10 in the Cornerstone. 

BB : No Report.

Standards : Took care of some issues.

Social : Today is the last day for the special rate for the hotel room (1-800-333-3333).  Remember to get $10 to me or Johnson for the security deposit.  2 socials this week: Thursday @ TBA with Pi Phi, Friday @ TBA with Kappa Kappa Gamma.

Philanthropy : Only one person showed up for Turtle Tug today, we still owe Delta Zeta.  For those who did not show up, you will be referred to
Standards.  Bickerton won us the spirit award.  If those who played in the
Kappa Classic, if your money isn't turned in by next week you will go to
Standards too.  D'Angelo won us the Phi Mu hotdog eating contest today. 
Georges won us best fraternity.

Fundraiser :  For Thursday, no one showed up to man the Student Crew cards table.  If you sign up, show up!   At the very least, send an emailed excuse beforehand.  Thanks to those who are selling the cards right now.

Brotherhood : No Report.

Intramurals : Captains meeting Wednesday for basketball and dodgeball:
Chapman, Behum, Hallahan, Cohen.  Will send out team rosters.

Community Service : No report, except watch email for meeting.

Scholarship : No Report

Web : No Report.

House Manager : Sent out laundry schedule over email, which should solve some problems.  Keep the kitchen clean, keep the house clean!!!

Dance Marathon : No Report.

PR : Working on thank-you notes for parents, and for the couch.

Historian : No Report.

House Staff : Svoboda and Lewis got Kudos awards for running for IFC exec.

Balicky: If anyone has pictures from Greek Clean-Up for publication in the

Zinni: The chapter should have the final say on AM projects going on/in the
house.
Shirey: The AM class voted on one design and will present it to the chapter
now.
Motion to return to New Business for design discussion: Svoboda/Bonanno. [See New Business].
Johnson: If you owe dues, pay them before the November 20th deadline!
