> Meeting was called to order at 6:02pm by F Doug Slovak

>A Welcome back. The Associate members will be making the Active
members dinner as the Active GPA was higher for the fall semester. The
fraternity was 7th in Grades of all Fraternities. The Presidents
retreat was good, we will be having our chapter retreat soon.
>B Committees were announced. The retreat is January 16th Sunday
from 12-3 with a room TBA and an agenda out soon.
>C The archives have been started. This week I begin my work with
IHQ for the website. When the shingles arrive at the house, please let
me know. Also, beginning next week at chapter all paperwork needing to
be filled out will be at the back of the room to alleviate the process.
>D Next week I will have the budget out. Dues are due soon.
>E No Report.
>F Sober brother sign ups will be next week, and it will start 1/28.
I will be having more drivers for certain events.
>Recruitment Tuesday we will be posting flyers. Wednesday we will
have a dinner for potential members at the house. There will be a
brotherhood after the retreat as well. We will have to pay $5 for
shirts, you can add it to your dues if needed.
>AMC Pinning is February 5th at 6pm. Initiation will be February 26,
Time and Location TBA.
>Standards No Report.
>Social January 12 will be our first meeting at the house at 7pm. We
will set events up and get seniors to help with Formal.
>Philanthropy - No Report.
>Fundraiser - No Report.
>Brotherhood there will be a Super Bowl event. I am looking at a
road trip to another chapter.
>Intramurals - No Report.
>Community Service - No Report.
>Scholarship good work to those making grades and keeping them up.
This will be a tough semester for us to get other grades up.
>Webmaster New pictures are up, and things for recruitment have been
added.
>House Manager - No Report.
>Dance Marathon - No Report.
>Public Relations I will be sending out cards welcoming Greeks back.
If you have faculty that earn honors, let me know I will send them a
letter of congratulations.

>BETA I have a team in the works. Training will be rigorous and I
will be designing a new cart.

>BUCKLEY Regionals is approaching fast, we need to get a group
interested and going. This is a great experience and I recommend new
members wanting to go to go.
